The high pressure unit is a product designed by Burg for cleaning fruits. The high pressure spray section provides extra cleaning of the stem and crown of the fruits. The high-pressure unit removes the dirt from the products before it goes into the sorting machine. This keeps the sorting machine clean and improves the sorting result. The high pressure unit excels thanks to the optimum service life of the high pressure pump. The unit is completely stainless steel with plastic elements. Due to the modular construction, the machine is easy to maintain and clean.
